The Role Are you an experienced HR professional seeking your next big challenge in one of Europe’s most exciting fintech environments? In this hybrid role, you will act as the bridge between strategic HR partnership and operational excellence. You will be a trusted advisor to our managers while owning and optimizing the HR engine that keeps our company running smoothly. If you love coaching leaders but also get excited by clean data, process automation, and flawless payroll execution, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnering & Manager Coaching: Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for managers on organizational design, performance management, employee relations, and team development.
- People Operations & HRIS Ownership: Own the operational HR lifecycle from a strategic and tactical perspective. Act as the superuser of Personio, driving automation, ensuring flawless master data, and leveraging people analytics to guide business decisions.
- Payroll & Benefits Management: Oversee our outsourced payroll providers. Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll execution, optimize pension and insurance structures, and continuously improve our compensation and benefits processes.
- Work Environment & HR Compliance: Drive our systematic work environment processes (SAM) to ensure a safe, healthy, and thriving workplace, while ensuring our internal HR processes run compliantly and smoothly.
- Culture, Engagement & "Head of Fun": Drive our employee engagement strategy using pulse surveys (eNPS) and turn data into actionable initiatives. You will also take the lead in organizing company-wide events, kick-offs, and everyday office highlights that keep our unique culture thriving.
Who you are To thrive in this role, you possess a rare blend of strategic thinking and hands-on operational grit. You are a business-minded professional who loves to build scalable structures where there currently are none. You are highly analytical, tech-savvy, and have a meticulous eye for detail, but you are equally comfortable coaching a manager through a complex people challenge.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in HR, with a strong foundation in People Operations/HR Admin and proven experience in an advisory or partnering capacity. Previous experience in a fast-growing scale-up environment is highly meriting.
- Payroll & HR Ops Expertise: Hands-on experience coordinating outsourced payroll, managing benefits programs, and driving HR administration.
- Tech-Savvy & AI-driven: You love modern HR software, automation, and data insights. Experience working with Personio is a massive plus. You naturally look for ways to integrate AI and automation into your daily work to increase productivity and stay ahead of the curve.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
